"Buckeye Outdoor Innovations is a small business founded in September of 2020. We manufacture wildlife feed products, minerals, and attractants that are innovative, rigorously tested, and proven to improve health of deer, optimize and improve antler growth. All of the natural ingredients in our feed products, the minerals, trace minerals, protein, vitamins, fiber sources and fat sources are all specifically blended and designed to target and supplement the health of free-range deer. Our feed products are not designed to “take the place” of God and Mother Nature”. They contain resources brought to us by God and Mother Nature and a little bit of science we Trust. They are formulated to enhance growth and health, to fill the gaps of the lack of natural food sources, vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, etc. that deer need to sustain a healthy life. As the deer herd grows exponentially each year, the subsequent demand on natural food sources also grows exponentially. The premise of health of the deer first is one of our many founding principles. After all, the deer we are blessed to harvest are going in our freezer, feeding our family and friends. Occasionally, one goes on the wall. “Have health, the antlers will come” We don’t eat the antlers.
No “gimmick” additives
No “gimmick” attempts to “addict” deer just so they will show up and give us a shot. Many of our members and customers have had success in that shot, however.
No “gimmick” ingredients to “catch your eyes”
No “gimmick” of “1000% protein, 10 million parts per million” that will go out the back end faster than it went in the front end....more is not always better.
No “gimmick” ingredients that haven’t been tested with regard to their true impact on deer, herd health and quality of meat
No “gimmick” claims or references toward creating a “false narrative or perception” that our feed does “something” like “adds so many inches of antlers”.....A Buck’s health, genetics, stress levels, age, and many other “things” all have an effect on antler growth and that process of antler growth takes time. Nutrition is a big part of that.
So don’t be “fooled” by a bunch of eye catching, high salt or sugar content combined with a bunch of unknowns in a fancy bag with a million-dollar label that looks good on the shelf...We can “go to the basement” however, we refuse to do so!
We ARE a small business founded in September of 2020. Our products will be sold by small businesses and individuals and we will not allow ourselves and our customers to be “WalMart-ized” by our products.
